GUIDELINES

1 

On a Windows/MAC computer with Firefox, Chrome browsers

1. Click here
2. Press the Play button 
3. Fill in your username/password [it's been sent to you via email shortly sfter your sign up] 

4. Add the tab to your browser bookmarks for future direct access

On any Android device

1.  Download the VLC app  here
2.After installing it, you need to open the app and  press a) "More" at the bottom right b) "Streams" and  "+New Stream"
3.  Fill in the "http://....... " by copy / pasting the following link: https://s7.yesstreaming.net:8052/offradio 
4. You will be asked (perhaps twice) for username/password, you fill them in and you're now ready to stream.

FYI: Usually the login details are  stored in the app as long as the connection is active and even when disconnected. But when the device loses it's connection to the internet, it may ask for username/password again.

On any iOS mobile device

1. Download the VLC  app here
2. After installing it you need to click  a) "Network" b) "Open network transmission" and c) copy and paste the following link: https://s7 .yesstreaming.net:8052/offradio in the "http://......." box
3. You will be asked (perhaps twice) for your username/password. Fill them in and you're ready to play.

PLEASE BEWARE

• For best connection results use a standalone internet connection and avoid any shared wifi connection open to your customers.

• We stronlgy recommend to  use an ethernet connection and not the wifi to stream Offradio Business Class.

• If WiFi is your only option, then make sure you use an  autonomous wifi network, not shared with your customers.

• If for some reason the transmission stops and you press play without result, you should  refresh the player page https://s7.yesstreaming.net/public/8052 and press play again.

• If you face any interruptions during playback, try  a speedtest (here). The Offradio Business Class player is optimised for uninterrupted streaming  at least with 1 Mbps connection speed.
